GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery after a video of damaged products is received, except the products that are: Perfectly printed products and bulk-order items
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions: B-001, Mahima Panorama, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Pin code – 302017.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such a variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product wasn’t used or damaged
- The product must include original tags (if applicable)
- The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the right to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

Customers will get a refund only in case of a damaged product delivered. Customers should make a video while unboxing a product delivered which is to be sent to us through the mail mentioned above.
Due to the Print Quality issue, the customer will not get any refund as quality depends on the photo shared by the customer before printing. If a customer is eligible for a refund then the customer will get the refund in 4-7 days after sending us the video proof of the damaged product or any other product-related issue.
